Suddenly realizing that 90% of these guys would survive the hit to their reputation if they announced *first*, “yes, I’ve done some of this, I’m apologizing, and I should have known better, sooner.” Not what you do with a history of criminal activity or legal exposure, but certainly for the “middle ground” of things men could get away with once.
