On the last version of this site, I had a tagline that read “sporadically ignored since 1997.” See, this is what I meant. Only thing I’ve posted recently was that Christmas item that I teed up in June. Let’s see if we can’t make 2007 a bit more prolific.

Something old, something new for Christmas
Care for a new retelling of A Christmas Carol? Or, actually, a very old retelling…. I’m definitely in the bah humbug crowd, but I still think you should check out this radio broadcast (MP3 link) from Christmas, 1938, starring Lionel Barrymore as Scrooge and narrated by Orson Welles.
Actually, as I’ve mentioned before, the entire Mercury Theatre archive is well worth your time.
